Meet Gennyfer

I'm Gennyfer Santel, a licensed real estate broker with Better Homes and Gardens Realty Partners in Portland, Oregon. Real estate and interior design have been my passions for as long as I can remember.

While other kids were pinning up posters of teenage heartthrobs on their walls, I was curating vision boards with pages torn from Better Homes and Gardens magazine and Architectural Digest. That spark never faded; it grew into a career built around homes, creativity, and helping people through big life changes.

Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent 25+ years as an advertising and marketing executive, leading campaigns for some of the world’s most recognized brands. That background taught me how to understand people, tell stories that resonate, and create strategies that get results, skills I now bring directly to my clients in real estate.

But here’s what really drives me: helping people find home in the truest sense. Whether it’s a senior downsizing after decades, a family navigating a significant life transition, or a couple chasing their off-grid homestead dream, I thrive on guiding clients through the big decisions with empathy, clarity, and creativity.

When I’m not helping my clients, you’ll find me exploring Oregon’s trails, beaches, and forests with my husband and our two beloved beagles (pictured here distributing skiiers last winter at Timberline). I love being on the water, gardening, and any craft project imaginable! We are Pacific Northwest transplants ourselves, so I understand firsthand the mix of excitement, stress, and possibility that comes with making a big move.
